Shipping charges and tax (sales tax applies to MN residents only) are calculated and reviewable prior to your final check-out. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please call us to place your order if you wish to receive a tax-exempt status. We will need your State of Minnesota tax exempt number to place your order.

We typically ship book and DVD items by Media Mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (U.S. only). We ship other items via USPS Priority or First Class Mail (domestically and internationally). You should expect Priority and most First Class Mail shipping to take 2–7 working days in the U.S., not including order processing. International orders typically take 5–10 working days, not including order processing. Order processing usually takes 4 to 24 hours. If you need an item sooner, please contact us in advance of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with a different rate of shipping. Delivery tracking is available.
We pick, check, pack, invoice, and often ship orders within hours of receiving them so we can get them to you quickly. Therefore, if you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us ASAP! It's best to call us on the phone rather than emailing us because by the time we go through all of the day's emails, your order may already be on its way to you. We do not pay for shipping on returned items.
We have a 60–day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will give you a full refund for the item. Please call us prior to returning an item so we can be sure to give you full credit for your purchase and provide you with a Return Authorization number and address for your return. But again, please note, we do not pay for shipping of the returned items.
We have to limit our liability to replacement or refund of a defective item. We cannot be responsible for damages, personal or otherwise, due to misuse or negligence while using a product.
