Most of our books are available only from Amazon.com since they are printed on-demand. For all other items, you can order directly from this webpage and make your purchase via PayPal®. NOTE: A PayPal® account is NOT required to shop via the PayPal® Shopping Cart. Press the Add to Cart button for each item you wish to purchase. When you press the Add to Cart button, you will be routed to a secure PayPay® shopping cart page where you can select the quantity you desire. The Shopping Cart gives you the option of returning to shop for more items and add them to your cart.

Shipping charges and tax (sales tax applies to MN residents only) are calculated and reviewable prior to your final check-out. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please call us to place your order if you wish to receive a tax-exempt status. We will need your State of Minnesota tax exempt number to place your order.

All prices are in US dollars.

Quantity Discounts

Shipping

We typically ship book and DVD items by Media Mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery (U.S. only). We ship other items via USPS Priority or First Class Mail (domestically and internationally). You should expect Priority and most First Class Mail shipping to take 2–7 working days in the U.S., not including order processing. International orders typically take 5–10 working days, not including order processing. Order processing usually takes 4 to 24 hours. If you need an item sooner, please contact us in advance of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with a different rate of shipping. Delivery tracking is available.

Order cancellation

We pick, check, pack, invoice, and often ship orders within hours of receiving them so we can get them to you quickly. Therefore, if you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us ASAP! We do not pay for shipping on returned items.

Returning items

We have a 30–day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will give you a full refund for the item. Contact us by email at mail@pointsofviewinc.com prior to returning an item so we can be sure to give you full credit for your purchase and provide you with a Return Authorization number and address for your return. But again, please note, we do not pay for shipping of the returned items.

Product liability

We have to limit our liability to replacement or refund of a defective item. We cannot be responsible for damages, personal or otherwise, due to misuse or negligence while using a product.

Privacy policy

We will never sell your personal information. We do not store your credit card information electronically or on our website so your personal information is not accessible through the internet. We respect the privacy of our customers and do the utmost to preserve your trust in us.
